Do you get cold after working out?

During this cold winter, I've appreciated using my workouts as a way to turn on my body's natural heater. Normally, I run pretty cold - like wearing multiple pairs of socks and I have an "indoor jacket" that gets worn as like my 4th layer to stay warm indoors only. When I work out, I heat up super easily and even though I start out my warm-ups wearing a sweatshirt and jacket, I shed them both pretty quickly.

But I have noticed recently that after I've really cooled down from a workout (i.e. like a half hour after I've completed the day's cool down), I feel even colder than I did *before* working out. I hate to turn up the heater, but it's tough to sit here working and feeling my hands and feet getting colder and colder and....

My DH stops work every so often and does 40-50 jumping jacks to warm up. I'm just too lazy for that! I do have a hot water bottle that helps a lot when I just can't get warm. Anyone else get cold after workouts or just run super cold in general?
