Training Program Request - 10 Full Pushups

A suggestion for a Training Program (something that perhaps could be an add-on to other programs?):

I know that many people struggle with full pushups. It would be fantastic if you all could create a 4week? 6week? program that gets people from knee pushups to their first 10(?) full pushups. I know there are similar sorts of programs elsewhere online, but it would be great if you could add one here. I'm imagining something that is ~4days/week for maybe 10minutes lasting 4-6 weeks getting us to 7-10 full pushups.

The discipline of a program that I could put in my workout calendar would be so valuable!

I can also imagine something similar for pull ups (though it would require additional equipment not everyone has), for pistol squats, and for handstands/headstands.

Finally, I love the one bike interval routine in the workout library & would love to see 1 or 2 more!
