Anyone up for a challenge?

Hello,

I am trying to commit to doing workouts regularly and was thinking about ways how to make the process easier. So I was wondering if anyone is interested in doing a challenge/program together, with a daily check-in and update on how we're doing. Maybe this creates a bit more reliability, at least I hope it is.

For starters, I would suggest a 3-day or 1-week-challenge so we can test if this is really working for us and take it from there.

I'm pretty much up for anything and got FB Plus, so I'm not that limited. I have to say that my condition at the moment is pretty poor, so I might make some adjustments to whatever workout, but as my primary goal is to just stick to working out long-term, I'd say that's okay. Other than that note on the side I'm up for pretty much anything.

So is anyone interested? :) Or maybe a bunch of people? :) Or maybe you have other suggestions that could help, I'm all ears!
