Daily Check-in: Wednesday, March 15th

Hello, Blendfriendz!

How are you today?

It's a super cold start to the day here (10 degrees F), but it's supposed to be sunny, so I dont mind the cold! Other than that, it's pretty much same ol', same ol' for me!

Ok, so let's talk workouts!

What's happening with workouts today, Blenderz?

Yesterday, I did a lower body combo that Shabnam did recently--a lower body strength superset workout with Kayla, followed by the hip strengthening workout with Kelli. It was a great lower body combo! Thanks for the idea for it, Shab! As for today though? I'm thinking upper body and pilates with Amanda!

What's on the menu for today, Blendiez?

Um, not sure. Maybe eggs!

Look at this round little squirrel! OMG it cracks me up! Such a roly-poly thing visiting my bird feeders, and driving my dogs crazy!
