Kayla's bear crawl workout

And I get to realize, there's no wonder bears are such formidable force. I would be incredibly strong too if I commuted doing bear crawls all the time.

Jokes aside, this is a GREAT workout. While I think the 3/5 rating is a mistake (lol), the 30s workout + 15s rest intervals made it more manageable than I thought it would be, and I had a lot of fun. (Or maybe I'm stronger than I think I am, idk)
