Where do you feel your wrist pain?

To all fellow wrist pain sufferers, I'm wondering where you feel your wrist pain? I know that when I read about workouts with pushups/planks/etc...many of you comment how it hurst your wrists. I'm just wondering if my pain is the same as yours, and if so, what you do to alleviate the pain?

My wrist pain is on the anterior (top) side of my wrist, right at the joint. My pain seems to come and go...though lately it has been coming more than it has been going 😫. Pushups and planks are becoming impossible, which makes me sad.

Anybody else experience pain here? Any tips on how to help alleviate the pain? Have there been any mobility workouts for the wrist?
