How to keep up motivation long term

Hey all,

I've been using fitness blender for years, but I am usually consistent for a few weeks, even a few months, but then fall off to nothing for a few months. I really struggle to sustain the motivation, even though I need to work out for my mental health. I'm pretty anxious generally and am way more irritable with my kids and husband when I'm not working out. That seems like it should be motivation enough, but... I guess it's not. I'd love your tips! Thanks!
