This is the final segment of our Pistol squat mini-series. In this video, we'll explore advanced unilateral exercises to help take your skills to the next level. 

As you may recall, our previous videos covered moves to improve your range of motion, mobility, and balance. Today, we're building upon those concepts by introducing advanced balance and stabilizing exercises, as well as technique-specific motions to help you perfect your form during pistol squats. The format of this release is similar to the previous two workouts, starting with a brief mobility warm-up, followed by supportive and technique-specific exercises. 

It's been an absolute delight creating this mini-series with you and exploring the world of mobility and functional strength together. We are making great strides in achieving FB's goal of making fitness accessible to everyone, especially when it comes to conquering strength exercises that might seem impossible at first. We totally understand that pistol squats can be a bit intimidating, but we hope that we've shown you how to break them down into manageable movements that you can build upon and eventually master.
