Permission to do Shorter Workouts

I have often felt like if I don't work out for at least 50 min - 1 hour then I haven't really worked out. But my schedule right now is really packed so I'm giving my self permission to do shorter workouts. It can be hard to get out of a mindset about what constitutes "right" or "good."

Maybe you have felt this way too.

But it right now it's right and good to get some movement in, breath a little heavier, feel my muscles burn even if it's only for a little bit. If you need to hear that message, then remember to give yourself permission to do what's possible in this moment.
