Daily Check-in: Friday, March 3rd

Hey Blendiez! And hopefully a happy Friday for you!

No matter the Friday feelz, I've got a big ol' classic Dandelion up front and center to give this Friday some flower power.

Which I guess could lead in to workouts that make us feel and prove that we are powerful, no? What does your movement look like for today? ..I'm nearly done with Jumpstart. I have a lower body from Daniel that should really feel good on those glutes. And I think after this program complete I'm going to be freestyling for a bit. Could be nothing to something. I'll just go how I feel day to day.

Food is already thought out today. Pizza for me, but what is it for you??

Okay, Blendfriendz, it's the end of the road for now for me. As always, it has been a pleasure to be your host and I thank you for hanging out with me for these past couple weeks.
