Strong Round 2

I did Strong Round 1 for the month of February (completed the 27th). I loved the variety so much that I have scheduled Strong Round 2 for this month (started today).

Day 1 had a fantastic, scalable workout! I did alternating jump squats, sans shoes. ๐Ÿ”ฅ There was no need for extra credit (burnout) today, as I still feel it from yesterdayโ€™s uphill trek in the snow. ๐Ÿ™‚
