An inspirational article

I read an article from the BBC today which reported that studies have shown that even a short 10-min walk daily can reduce your risk of many diseases. Of course you’ll see the most benefits with the recommended 150 min of exercise each week, but it’s a nice little reminder that even if the week didn’t go as planned or you had some days where you were only able to do very light activity, it’s still making a great and positive impact on your health!
