1 Year of Consistent FB Plus Progress

Hello! Ironically, I'm writing this since I'm procrastinating on the latest workout in the Fundamentals program, but I measured myself and was pretty surprised at how much I changed since last year.

In 2022, I didn't do anything to my diet, but just worked out with FB+ consistently and a program every month. I lost 15 lbs overall, and that was with a horrible diet of mainly processed food.

Here are the measurements:

Neck (-2 inches)

Feb. 2022 - 13 inches

Feb 2023 - 11 inches

Waist (-2 inches)

Feb. 2022 - 32 inches

Feb 2023 - 30 inches

Hips (+1 inches)

Feb. 2022 - 39 inches

Feb 2023 - 40 inches

Forearms (-0.5 inches)

Feb. 2022 - 8.5 inches

Feb 2023 - 8 inches

Arms (-1 inches)

Feb. 2022 - 11.5 inches

Feb 2023 - 10.5 inches

Waist (-2 inches)

Feb. 2022 - 32 inches

Feb 2023 - 10 inches

Chest and Legs are the same.

Bust (+1 inches)

Feb. 2022 - 38 inches

Feb 2023 - 39 inches

Hips (-2 inches)

Feb. 2022 - 43 inches

Feb 2023 - 41 inches

My main problem area is my back and stomach, and that's all about eating healthier and dealing with stress/sleeping more, so working on that! I cut out caffeine and sleep much earlier.

I have another 30 lbs to drop lose. Fat distribution is very strange - the majority of the weight I carry is my back, so I started tracking what I eat and attempting to avoid sweets. The hard thing is, how do you celebrate without food? I keep finding small things to celebrate, and end up eating a lot of cupcakes/ice cream/cake.
