Meditation Suggestion, Candace or Haley

The meditations are so very helpful for me. I love how some of them are very specific. There are several that are general, but I don't seem to see any type of meditation for addiction, other than exercise. Whether it be addiction to alcohol, sugar, food in general. I have seen breathing techniques, improving focus, and stress relief, but I'd love more meditations on specific types of addictions, for myself, and also some close people that I feel could benefit from this. Thank you!
