New Wellness Video! Bedtime Body Scan

Hello everyone! I’m back with another sleep-related meditation.

Bedtime Body Scan

I noticed in the last body scan, someone mentioned they were so relaxed that it helped them fall asleep and specifically asked that we do a bedtime body scan. I thought this was a great request, so here it is!

This was a great call-out as many people get into bed at night and are all amped up from the day they just had. They still have physical and mental energy coursing through their body and need time to both physically and mentally wind down. This bedtime body scan is designed to do just that. 

This is particularly great for anyone who holds onto their stress and energy in their physical body (tense muscles, for example) or who has a difficult time sustaining mental practices alone. The body scan gives you something to do while practicing mindfulness.
