Daily Check-in: Monday, February 27th

Greetings from Florida, my FB Fam!

How was your weekend? If anything, I know it was most enhanced from our ghost (guest host) Coby. Thanks again, Cobicita!!

So how is it going today? Ready for a workout or a no-out? Whatever or something in between, it's all good under the guise of listening to your body and moving how you need to.

My plan is to continue working through the last week of Jumpstart. I'll be keeping the lower body routine by Amanda, but also adding on a mobility workout from Kayla. Should feel good for today.

And food I'm sure will be good no matter what. I'm that confident in my air sandwiches. Well, air for now. They will be calorie filled later.

Picture for our Mondaze is going to turn this into a Moon Monday with a picture I took when the Moon was a crescent and hanging out with Jupiter. They got (from our perspective) real close recently. Flirting distance as I'll call it. My phone camera doesn't do it justice, but I just thought I'd share something a little different today.
