hey there folks,

i hope you are enjoying your Sunday so far. it is, thankfully, a slow day out here. after what has been an extremely busy week, i am so appreciating these slow paced days. and so, here's the quote for today: "nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished". also, reminds me of what Storm keeps saying abut being more mindful in your days. but if we are always running around, how could we do that?

yesterday was a friend's birthday so a few of us gathered for lunch and some cake. then, we realised that our city does not have any place with "indulgent" cakes, but only simple stuff stuff -i mean, that's atrocious, no? :)

other than that, i will start week 3 of Fit 3 either this evening or tomorrow. so far been able to follow through consistently (perhaps a day or two +/-)

that's about it from me folks. how goes your Sunday and did you deliberately slow your day, or been more active over the weekend?
