Any suggestions for pregnancy workouts?

Hey all!

I just found out this week that I'm pregnant! I'm so excited, but I also want to make sure I'm taking care of myself properly.

I had been working out consistently with fitnessblender (3-5 days a week) for over a year, but to be honest I haven't worked out in several months. I want to get back into working out so I can be as healthy as possible during this pregnancy, but I don't want to over do it.

Any suggestions on what kinds of workouts I should do? Pretty much all I know is I should avoid HIIT.
