Something thatās on my mind often. Currently I am trying to look into ways to improve the somatic issues Iāve been dealing with for years. I can get overwhelmed because thereās so much inner work to do, so many articles to read. Where to start?! šµ Is this something you can relate to?
Onto the topic of workouts and other exercise ā do you have anything planned for today?
I did a 60-min stress relief yoga yesterday, which was hatha yoga I think⦠Iām still confused about the different types of yoga, and the internet isnāt helping much. Important progress: I did not force myself into a certain pose near the end of the video, as this one had caused stress recently, and I did not want to undo the stress relief I had just received.

I will be attempting https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/upper-body-and-abs-workout-compound-upper-body-workout-for-strength-and-coordination, as I want to do UB strength today, and this is one of my favorites. I might add an extra warm up, maybe Kelliās recent 10-min one. Gently getting my body and mind into working out.
