Something that’s on my mind often. Currently I am trying to look into ways to improve the somatic issues I’ve been dealing with for years. I can get overwhelmed because there’s so much inner work to do, so many articles to read. Where to start?! 😵 Is this something you can relate to?
Onto the topic of workouts and other exercise – do you have anything planned for today?
I did a 60-min stress relief yoga yesterday, which was hatha yoga I think… I’m still confused about the different types of yoga, and the internet isn’t helping much. Important progress: I did not force myself into a certain pose near the end of the video, as this one had caused stress recently, and I did not want to undo the stress relief I had just received.

I will be attempting https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/upper-body-and-abs-workout-compound-upper-body-workout-for-strength-and-coordination, as I want to do UB strength today, and this is one of my favorites. I might add an extra warm up, maybe Kelli’s recent 10-min one. Gently getting my body and mind into working out.
I’ll start after finishing my cup of mango tea. ☕ Wishing everyone a healthy and fulfilling day.
