Video Suggestion…

I have always, always, always wanted to be able to do the splits. But even at the most flexible times of my life (albeit still not overly flexible or anything) I could not accomplish it. I’m picking it up as a goal for myself again and I’ve been practicing it most days - but don’t feel as if I’m getting anywhere. It would be so cool to have a short video to follow each day or every other day of specific stretches and sequences of stretches that will help me possibly achieve it.

Maybe a weird request?? But would love to see it!
