New Plus Workout: Posterior Chain Circuit

Hey Fitness Blender,

Welcome to our posterior chain workout! 

Dumbbell Posterior Chain Strength Circuit

Today we'll focus on strengthening the muscles in the back of your body, from your hamstrings up to your neck. The posterior chain is an essential part of our body's structure and plays a significant role in our overall physical performance. By strengthening these muscles, we can improve our posture, balance, and stability while reducing the risk of injury.

We'll perform exercises targeting the glutes, hamstrings, lower back, and upper back muscles during this workout. We'll use a combination of different movements and positions to challenge these muscles and help them grow stronger. Today's workout is the perfect opportunity to lift a little heavier, but please remember to keep your form and work with a controlled tempo. With today's workout, we will have plenty of rest between work to change weights and get set for the following exercises.
