doing programs when upper body is sore from lower body wo

I am loving Strong 3 but notice after doing (usually Tasha's) lower body workouts, my upper back is sore from carrying heavy weights. Usually there is an upper body workout scheduled next day, and for the most part I am fine to do but wondering if anyone else experiences something like this? Do you lift lower or just roll with it on the upper body next day? I don't think it's to the point where I need to hit the reschedule button, but don't want to compromise upper back, either.
