Perspiration Pals 16 February 2023

Hello Pals! I'm going to be really disappointing today because it's already past noon here and people keep throwing tasks at me saying words like ASAP, SOS so I'm sitting here typing furiously with a frown on my face.

I did a nice upper-body Nicole routine in the morning and my shoulder is perfectly fine... for now. I was really tired and I needed some music to motivate me so I tried my new headphones and it was perfect.
