FB Complete Day 10 done! And exercise IS the best anti depressant for me!

I saw an article on here a looong time ago that "exercise is the most under utilized anti depressant and food is the most over used anti anxiety" for me this is absolutely true

Had a truly harrowing family event last night and I could barley function today because of it. But I knew if I worked out I would feel better. So thank you thank you thank you thank you FB for helping me so very much. I feel like a million bucks right now, as I sweat all over my computer after my workout.

FB is awesome, and all my fellow Blenders are amazing
