I'm not overly active in chats, but I completed my first FitnessBlender workout in February 2015. I've been working out consistently with FB since.
When I first started, I found a deal on PowerBlock 24s and grabbed them, thinking 24lb would last me for life.
Last week, I purchased the expandable 50s! I could have upgraded a year ago, but I didn't have the money yet.
A huge thank you to FitnessBlender for not only changing my body but also my mindset to what it takes.
