HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group February 15th

Happy Wednesday! We are on the other side of the week and the month! It is really flying by.

What does everyone have on their schedule today?

I had a surprisingly sweaty low impact cardio/core workout this morning. It was a new one for me so that is always nice. I will do some yoga tonight as well since my husband has to do a telephone call with New Zealand at 7:30. We also have to call my mom tonight. So a social evening for sure. I also hope we finally book the places for our late spring holiday and get that over with.

Some sort of burritos for dinner which includes mushrooms and some mystery beef my husband prepared and froze.
