How are you today? How was your weekend?

I hope it was grand! And I hope you checked in with our fantastic weekend guest host: Karen! Karen: thanks a million for ghosting--it's always great to hear from you!

Well, Blenderz, we're startin another week. So what does your Monday have in store for you? In life, in workouts, in general?

For workouts today: I'm not sure what I want to do today. But I'm leaning heavily towards an upper body routine. That sounds about perfect for today.

For food: I dunno. There will be some, of that I'm sure!

Well that's short and sweet for today. That's about all I got!
