Quick check-in today, as I'm running a bit laye this morning. I just made it through a level 5 HIIT and core with Daniel. Even with about half of it in LI modifications, it rang my bell! I'm trying to do my scheduled workouts, even the ones with HIIT, and "do the hardest version possible for as long..." you know that quote too, I'm sure, and I'm just a little bit proud of getting through that one.
