Hey guys !

Welcome to the weekend check in ! I’m Karen and I’ll be your “ghost” today and tomorrow ! (Ghost=Guest+host).

As usual I don’t have much, no picture, no food ideas, other than I’m hungry ALL the time lately! Which isn’t good, since I’m trying to drop a few lbs of flubbage. It’s probably bc I’ve started a new diet and I’m logging and weighing and measuring trying to stay in a deficit . What’s new right? I’m always trying to stay in a deficit!

I’m going to GK #1 little league basketball game later this morning . That’ll be fun! Idk know if I’ll get my WO done before or after ? Whatever is next in the Jumpstart calendar . Actually I looked, it’s a lower body WO with Kelli that I’ve already done a few times . I might swap it for something I haven’t done.

I also don’t have a question.

Did you guys realize that “stressed” spelled backwards is “DESSERTS! “

That gives us permission to have desserts when we’re stressed! Right? I’m in favor!
