Fitness roller coaster 🎢

Am at the hardest part AGAIN...trying to get back on the fitness train after 1 year of working out rarely...before, it was 4-5-6 times a week...

This time seems harder - also because I gained a lot of weight...

And of course it's a vicious circle...if I don't work out regularly, I don't eat healthy... I'm so fed up with this eternal battle 😫 😩

I have to find the will...

I'm open to suggestions
