HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group February 9th

Hi everyone.

A really short thread today. Please share what you are up to regarding workouts and anything else you'd like to add.

Personal note: I'm not doing well. I think I suffer from chronic hyperventilation which would explain many of my ailments. Right now I feel stressed too because it's nearly 2 PM here and I could not get myself to start HKS. I feel so exhausted. Feel like I'm trying to do 15 things at once and it's never enough. I thought I got rid of the little flies in all my plants (or what has been left) but they turned up in two plants again which frustrates me enormously. I have been struggling for a while with appearing here and notice starting the thread on Thursdays and interacting here is often too much. I do enjoy the interaction here but I just struggle. As with most aspects of my life, I feel like I only do a little bit, and still feel drained.

I'll stop the rant now. Just wanted to explain why today's post is the way it is.
