For anyone needing a little motivation push!

Today could be your day! Doesn't have to be a Monday or a new month. Start this morning. This afternoon. This evening!

Start slow. 3 days a week. Low impact means no jumping. Start there.

Start walking. Start riding. Start something for you!

For those of you who have been off and on. Get on it today. Give your body some kind of attention. Don't think about it. Just go with it.

If you've been on for days and need a rest, take it! We are working on changing lifestyles and bad habits. Not trying to beat the clock. Life goes by fast enough. Makes no sense to rush it away. You'll get there. And you'll actually get there faster if you pace yourself. Think of the classic tortoise 🐢 and the hair 🐇. You will slow yourself down with fatigue and injuries if you push to hard to fast.
