New Plus Video: Dynamic Yoga Flow for Lower Body Stability

Peace FB Family!

Shifting position requires an awareness and skill of knowing what to shift and center of gravity is one of those things that is constantly changing. If you find yourself sitting down all day, or are feeling stiff in your hips after lifting weights, or for any reason at all, this flow is for you :)

Dynamic Yoga for Lower Body Stability

In this practice the body posture focus is the position of the thighs and pelvis, to increase both strength and stability. The muscles most engaged include the quads, psoas and hips flexors. This flow is great for when you need a good stretch for tight hips and strengthening the legs. This sequence of movement reminds me that when I focus on trusting that many parts move together, paying attention to the details that are necessary to keep moving, becomes more intuitive.

What details do you rely on in your fitness routine to help you keep moving and stay consistent? I want to hear from you...

Xoxo,

Aly
