Weekends over. Back to the grind

This week my motivational word is consistent.

I made a choice I was going to slowly build myself back up

Steady goes it.

Today I have 🎉Total Body 🎉HIIT and strength with a cardio burnout. My extra credit is weighted Core. Around a 50 minute routine.

I love total body week! And so far I'm pleased with the bored easily program. No repeat moves makes each workout go by so fast.

Berry blend smoothie for breakfast

Turkey & sweet potatoes is my plan for dinner.
