New Plus Workout: Kettlebell Strength EMOM

Good Morning FB Family! 

Kettlebell workouts are an incredible way to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Today’s Kettlebell EMOM is a great full-body workout that engages multiple muscle groups and improves strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. We will begin with a slow-moving dynamic warm-up to get the body ready for the Kettlebell EMOM. We will then move into the 20-Minute EMOM. For this, I highly recommend using a medium to heavy kettlebell to get the most out of this workout because some of these exercises with lighter weights will not be efficient or challenging. 

Kettlebell Strength EMOM

With today's EMOM, we will use a format of 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest. With this EMOM, we will get a good mix of strength, power, and cardio using basic exercises. There are ten exercises, and we will go through this EMOM 2 times. We will target the chest, triceps, biceps, upper back, glutes, and hamstrings with a couple of core exercises.

Adding kettlebells to any routine is perfect for mixing it up and pushing yourself. Remember, this EMOM is 20 minutes, so try to get the max out of each round without sacrificing your form. 

P.S. If you are wearing an Apple Watch or Fitbit, be careful. With some exercises, the kettlebell will rest on the wrist area.
