Rock Climbing: Pre-Climb Stretch | Strength Training

Hello all you fellow climbers! This is a two part question asking for tips on the best pre-climbing stretch routine and for the solid foundations of strengthening your body to climb more.

Have you found a great FB warm-up routine that applies to climbers? Or a workout program or select videos to work on your form and muscles off the wall?

I’m new to the sport and I only climb indoors for now, but if you have some thoughts on outdoor climbing someone else might benefit if you want to drop it here!

P.s. This has been mentioned before in a previous post that some may find helpful. I think it best to ask again as that one is several years old now.
