Quick warmup followed by 3 Intervals of HIIT, 25 on 10 off.

This routine was tough with 12 jump moves, 6 j jacks varieties, lunges all around, 10 types of squats and planks! 29 total moves

I feel so powerful after pushing through such challenging workout.
