Each group focus was a no repeat variety of:

Squats

Deadlifts

Lunges

Jumps

Pilates

Leg lifts.

The burn was real 🔥 I am already sore 🤕

I love when my body says "good job" 👍👍

All the food today was a bit overwhelming. I'm not use to snacks, as I sit here eating a banana. I should say I'm not use to healthy snacks hehe. I'll get there.
