Just wanted to give a shout out to the Powerblock company. Anyone out there who owns a pair, this company really does stand behind their product. I bought my existing pair in October, 2018. Both handles have started to have some issues. I called them today, sent them a few pictures of my handles and they are shipping me new handles for a total of $25. Way better than buying a new set, especially at the price they retail for now. They ship in 2 business days - yay!
Just wanted to let anyone know. Make sure you keep your receipt and the warranty info. Mine had a 10 year limited warranty, so I was in the window Their customer support number is 507-451-5152. All you need (if you are having any issues) is where you bought them from, date of purchase and a description of the problem.
