Morning (here at the moment at least) Pals. How's your week looking?
Ww did finally get some snow this morning. Wet, icy snow but snow nonetheless. No school for the kid but since I still have to work and am already in the office, let's get right to it.
What's on your calendar today or this week? Fitness, life, food, I'll take all the info you want to share.
Day 3 of the Pilates challenge is on my schedule but I don't know if it will happen. I'm not feeling 100% so may take a rest day. And when and if it does happen, it won't happen as laid out because HIIT just isn't in my repertoire at the moment.
I do have to go to the grocery store after work and I'm looking for meal inspiration so feel free to share your favorite (easy 😉) recipes below.
