New Free Workout: Total Body Morning Yoga Flow for Tight Hips

My morning routine is everything to me and this flow is one of my favorite ways to open up my body that leaves me feeling really energized and in control of my day. 

Total Body Morning Yoga

Right now I am working on endurance through discomfort. The patterns of movement in this sequence challenges my endurance through discomfort in several postures. The key here is to listen to your body and recognize the difference between pain that is signaling yout to back out, and discomfort thay may be inviting you to lean in. The way I am choosing to practice my endurance here is by focusing on the breath and maintaining an intentional rhythm when I notice resistence in my body.
