Post Covid Exercise

I just got Covid for the first time. I had the whole she-bang; headache, fever, muscle aches, cough, ravenous appetite, and nausea. I was almost finished with FB30 round 3. I had 3 weeks left. 2021 and most of 2022, I was depressed and did not workout and put on 10+ lbs. I’ve been struggling to get that off. I felt fit again finally and was making goals and could see the finish line of that workout program complete. I hadn’t seen a difference in the mirror yet but was looking forward to that. I’ve just learned that I shouldn’t workout for at least 2 weeks post Covid. I have a feeling I am going to fall back out of my grind and won’t be able to get those 10 lbs maybe more off. I’m defeated at this point. How long after Covid were you able to workout normally again?
