HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group January 17th

Good Tuesday morning! It’s especially good because they finally finished removing the snow and clearing the sidewalks on all of the side streets in my area last night, so it is safe to walk again.

I really feel that time has slowed down, after the blur that was December (thus the quote above). It feels like it should be Wednesday already, half way through the work week. Do you have the same feeling about January? On the upside, days are getting longer and we have daylight until about 4:50pm now.

I will start the old 5-day Total Body Challenge today. This one has longer workouts, so it will be a good test of my endurance. I am using this first part of the year to get through as many challenges that I haven’t marked completed before as possible. Then I’ll move on to 4-week programs, with some weeks in between to try random workouts, maybe even create routines.
