Is it fine to strength train if you're around others w/COVID?

I visited family for the first time in 3 years, and everyone around me tested positive for covid 2 weeks ago. I stopped working out immediately and focused on masking and keeping myself healthy, but my relatives are still positive after days. I'm getting a little antsy and want to continue to workout, but I'm a little weary. One person is still testing positive, which is why I'm weary. I've been negative the entire time.

I'd like to continue on with FB Strong, but stick with the shorter workouts for the next week and then choose the longer options. I’d also using no weights or 3-5 lb weights.

I spoke about it with my doctor and he said it was fine
