New Workout! Beginner Total Body Workout: Intro to Functional Movement

Hello Everyone,

Today I have a great beginner workout for those of you who are starting into fitness maybe for the first time, or maybe after a decades-long break. Either way, this intro to functional movement is a great starting point to relearn what your body can do.

With very basic standing movements this routine is a fantastic way to start relearning your body’s limitations and can even grow with you as you need more of a challenge. Focusing on range of motion, balance, and the mind-body connection this routine has been built to take you from barely able to exercise at all to building confidence and control to progress to more and more challenging workouts. Everyone has a starting point and, no matter how out of shape you are, there should be a version of this routine that is right for you.
