Today started off cloudy but the day brightened up later on. We did some easy runs to get our legs used to it all again, but then went for the intermediate runs again. After four hours of being active, my quads are sore, that’s for sure, but no major mishaps at all. Feeling very blessed to have had such a wonderful (65 year old’s 🙃) day!!
