New FB Plus Workout: Upper Body Corrective Mobility

Morning, FB Family!

We’re stabilizing and mobilizing with today’s release: 

Upper Body Corrective Circuit 

Let’s work through new unconventional exercises for the upper body with a specific focus on the shoulder joint. This has been a highly-requested workout, and we’re hopeful that it doesn’t disappoint! 

The workout features our typical warm-up activation before quickly moving into the mobility and stability circuit. We use unpredictable timers ranging from 30 to 45-seconds to achieve our goals for this workout. I also included several instructional demos for the new exercises that may be unfamiliar to you. While many of these moves are not completely wrist/knee-friendly, I offer various modifications and recommend padding your exercise mat to improve joint support. 

Mobility and stability exercises pair well together, which is something we haven’t really explored. To date, most of our work has focused on one or the other without a ton of attention on how they work together. This will be one of our goals in 2023, and I look forward to putting in the work alongside you!
