Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening!

"A goal without a plan is just a wish"

As I am still working on organizing myself for the year this quote rings true. Making the plans to achieve the goals is more important than the goal itself, I think. If you have no plan you likely will not succeed. So putting some thought into things can go a long way.

This week has been pure madness and I am getting ready for another busy and mentally draining day. Although, it is the 11th and that is my favorite number so maybe things can turn around.

I have still been working out and keeping up with some new routines/habits. I am not sure what is planned for today in the calendar but I would like some HIIT/Core maybe lower body strength. We will see what is in store. I will also do a yoga video as well.
