FB Plus 30 days

I'm trying out FB Plus for the next month. My goal is to workout 5 days a week, and at least one stretching workout on the weekends. Looking around I am feeling pretty excited about FB Plus. I started the low impact program today and enjoyed day 1. 🎉

My family and I are headed out on a vacation in 6 weeks and my goal is to give it my all until we go, not missing a day if I can help it. Hopefully that will result in weight lost and probably more importantly positive outlook and joy. Being overweight can really ruin a vacation if you let it. Working hard against that 💪

I have also joined an accountability group with some friends to help out on the diet side of things. 💃
