When to work out again with sprain?

Hey guys, I'm trying to get fitter and I have just restarted. I was being consistent then I sprained my ankle, it's been a week and I can walk on it again without a limp but it can be sore and aches occasionally. Should I continue the program now? Or wait for the pain to be gone entirely? Thank you I was doing low impact round 2, so no jumping on it.
